Support Spotlight Theatre
In small towns and villages right across the UK there are talented, enthusiastic youngsters who would love to take part in a big West End style musical, but may never get the opportunity.
Many schools don't have the time, the facilities or the budget to put on really big shows, youth theatres typically need to perform a wide variety of work and part-time stage & dance schools can be prohibitively expensive for some families.
These factors, often leave the young people who want to sing, dance and act, without an outlet for their talent.
Spotlight was formed to fill that gap in the Huntingdon area and so far, with five very successful production under our collective belts, and another already in production, we feel confident that the standard has been set for the future.
We have the enthusiasm, the commitment, the experience, the facilities and most importantly, the time, to make every project a huge success. What we lack, like every other non-profit making community project, is money.
Our last production would not have been possible without the financial support of several sponsors our own fund raising efforts. But we need to attract additional sponsors and donations, in order to keep this worthwhile enterprise alive.
